COVID 19 - Napleton Puts Safety First

As COVID-19 begins to have an increased impact on our community and our daily lives we feel it is important to let our customers know the steps that we’re taking to help keep everyone safe and healthy. We are closely following guidelines from the CDC, our internal health providers, and Illinois health agencies to ensure our service and sales departments are safe for our customers and employees. If you are comfortable coming inside, we are more than comfortable having you, but if you are not, we want to ensure you can still purchase or service your vehicle.
As always, our goal is to make it easy for you to shop or service whenever and wherever you would like. We are offering increased availability of our pickup and drop off service and sales concierge from your home or office
- You can visit any of our digital storefronts to shop, configure, schedule a test drive, and purchase your new or pre-owned vehicle and a member of our sales team will deliver it straight to your doorstep at no extra charge.
- If your vehicle needs servicing, we can visit your home or office to pick up and return your vehicle, if it requires any major repairs, a long list of select services, and, in some cases, services as minor as an oil change and tire rotation. Please call us directly for more information or to schedule a pickup.
